Can you bake Amish friendship bread before the 10th day?

My recipe calls for ten days, but I’d like to make it on day six. Also, I’d like to think of a way to not have to give it away each time and just make enough for myself (I know it’s called “friendship” bread but I’m tired of thinking of new people to give it to)

For not giving it to make more starter or just use it to make more bread.
For not sure it away all my friends and family are tired of it to make more bread.
