Can you use a metal loaf pan when baking amish friendship bread?

I was given a starter for amish friendship bread and the directions say not to use metal utensils or bowls when mixing. My loaf pans are metal, would it be okay to use them to bake the bread with?

The heat as evenly and you are more apt to get brown hard edges glass or baking stone pan would be best gosh love that stuff should make some lol.

yes for baking its okay . . . just don’t store your starter yeast in a metal container as it will get nasty.

For my cornbread and rye and indian bread but that shouldnt be anywhere near as lead.

The starter its not good.
