Jake and I were best friends three years ago. We almost dated a few times. After a while, a friend caused us to get into a fight. Now, we’re talking a little again. He has told me he hated me, just this week. But he looks at me a lot, and makes a point of talking to me - even if hes picking on me.
If he hated me, wouldn’t he not pay any attention to me?
How can i get our friendship to rekindle?

bring up old memories that you both enjoy..take a trip down memory lane..that should soften him up a little
