Project for 3 kindergarteners to build friendship?

I have 3 boys in my afternoon session of kindergarten that do not get along. I have tried many things and want to give them a project that all 3 can contribute to to build their friendship and promote success in working together. Any suggestions? Nothing too hard, kindergarten level but something hands on as well?

Something with playdough and building a fort to help their parents be safe. They all should have a role helping build something to help their families.
