How do you turn a friendship (or good friendship) on the Sims 2 into a romance?

Ronny M asked: I have been playing the sims 2 as a male character, and have a "Good Friendship" with a female character. I want to turn it into a romance, but there seems to be no options that lead to that. Any addicts, help me out!Antonie
